Coles, Woolworths and IGA are very well established in the Australian retail food sector and will be very difficult to dislodge
Aldi are now experiencing this on the east coast where it appears they have reach saturation point in the market - this is why they are expanding west to continue their growth
Amazon might find they get a bloody nose in the retail food sector competing against the above established four
My guess is that Amazon will eventually focus on the market they know - general merchandise - and that may threaten the likes of Big W
