I would think Myanmar risk is priced in and has been for a number of weeks/months.
GS valuation model has Myanmar risked at 25%, last year was 70%. The upgraded the sector as a whole a few days ago BTW, slapped a 34.10 PT on WPL.
Anyway, back to Myanmar situation. Downside risk already priced in so IMO any improvement will be price positive.
