    WPP International will takeover this Australian subsidiary at some point in the not too distant future.

    WPP Australia should benefit from its parent's size and network.

    The shares are currently trading at an undemanding PE of about 10 and synergies and opportunities will start kicking in later this year.

    I am definitely a buyer at this level.
