As a no way will I buy an EV it has changed and the governments of the world are not going to lock me up for that view so you cant have a land of milk and honey view of the long term use of the sites
You cant dispute the stations have a limited life and the underground tanks seem to always being replaced so what are they worth as dirt
You cant say it is a growing business and unless EV chargers can bring in punters revenue has to decline to marginal over the next 20 years so you need to buy at a price that sees the buildings as worthless
One thing have you read anything about building replacement costs for the next 20 years even if EVs vanish like the Dodo Leases are for 15 years so who pays and is it in their lease they get new buildings at the end of each lease which has an option to renew and we are around half way to the end of leases
