Here is my quick lowdown
Sites are worth the dirt area because the buildings are throwaways every 15 years
Annual report said Oz will catch up to Norway in 10 years with 85% EVs so even if used as charging stations a fair bit will be home charge unless you are inner city
If they die as charging stations then what is a corner block of dirt worth after site cleanup
With (rounded) 400 sites are all turned to land what would you estimate they would be worth . I am going to give an average of $4 million a site so assets worth $1.6 billion less 30% as debt
