how come no one picked up on the increase of rehabilitation Bond increase ? if one is selling Car then checking when Green and Pink Slip is due... why WRM never check on Rehabilitation Bond revised rate ? all expert people in HC WRM forum never talked about this ?? doenst matter i lost money.. this loss is not acceptable... seems like WRM was trying to find Exit and they got into AUL for a reason..
