I don't think she'll get confirmed tomorrow, which is why the shorts are piling up again. Note that there's a rule that says that if she's not confirmed 3 times, then she's definitely out. No matter what, Duterte couldn't over-ride this rule. Duterte may create a new position for her though if he really still wants her service. Think about this..has the composition of the congress changed? No. So, why would they give her a chance this time when they've denied her 2 times previously? Also, has Gina Lopez soften up her approach against miners? No..she has even worsen it by banning open surface mine operations (the most basic method of mining)! So, she's deepen her enmity against the others. It will be some form of private threat against the congress members that Duterte has given to protect Gina, else I can't really see how it's possible for her to be elected.
