Seems great news - not sure why it isn't up 15% over the last two days, only about 7% up. Also the ripper is there are about 15% of MC in shorts, a $US36b VFT stimulus package in China announced, regulatory uncertainty in the Phillipines mining industry etc.
The market has been expecting the Ni price to fall. No such thing has happened so far. I think I'll hold for the chance of an on-coming big short covering rally.
