    April 29 (Reuters) - BC Iron Ltd (BCI) :

    • Says BCIN continues to pursue Watpac for claim, and defend watpac's counterclaim, in the proceedings
    • Notified Watpac that estimate of damages NJV suffered is A$91.8 million
    • Damages NJV suffered as a result of Watpac's failure to comply with its obligations under its mining services contract
    • Refers to litigation BC Iron Nullagine Pty Ltd commenced against Watpac Civil & Mining Pty Ltd
