- Says notes the recent onmarket takeover bid made by African Minerals Exploration & Development Fund
- Says proceeds to MDL from the sale of this investment will be approximately A$6.45 million
- Says it intends to exit its position in wtr and has begun the process, effective immediately
- Bid to acquire all of fully paid ordinary shares of World Titanium Resources for A$0.07 cash per wtr fully paid ordinary share
