    March 6 (Reuters) - World Titanium Resources Ltd (WTR) :

    • Says increased 7 cent per share offer price is now final
    • Offer closing date has been extended to the close of trading on the asx on Friday, 18 March 2016
    • Directors now recommend that shareholders accept the offer
    • Refers to cash takeover bid made by amed fund II to acquire World Titanium Resources
