Really can't understand how this company isn't subject to ASX suspension pending an ASIC investigation:
1/ Refinances it's bank debt based upon property revaluations based upon leases to itself;
2/ Does a rights issue without providing accurate forecasts; &
3/ Announces a MASSIVE downgrade just weeks after taking money from unsuspecting investors.
Really smelly ...
