Well it makes it more investable maybe we won't get funding until it's revamped and that is the reason for it to hit the ball out of the park so to speak who knows we are mushrooms until after it's announced hence if you want to take a risk and get a big win under your belt you have to invest beforehand. Well normally there may be a window with west wits being on the down and out a few years it might not rocket straightaway lol.
