-Mining rights given the go ahead at a
regional level, just needs to be signed off and formalised in Pretoria.
- Bulk sample sent to Eskom has PASSED adequacy testing, and they are NOW negotiating a final offtake agreement with Eskom.
no word on whether production will still commence 2013. My guess is that the slight delay in funding will probably push it over into 2014.
