    I was expecting an offer around $2.10, can't see it getting up at the current offer. More upside for the stakeholders with the merge with QIP.

    I also note the cultural differences mentioned in newspaper articles between IPH and the other firms. Wouldn't do much good taking over XIP and having their Principals walk taking a swag of clients with them!
