The way I see it, it is hard to use P/E as a gauge for companies like XRO.
There are companies like APT which doesn't turn a profit and has a $25b market cap, that's after a nearly 50% drop in share price.
At least XRO has an 'E' to have a P/E that is not Nil. Once it grows to a certain stage and cuts back on its investment for growth, the E will increase rapidly. Not to mention the high gross margin that is still growing.
