So as I understand it now, XTC cant raise funds from investors...

So as I understand it now, XTC cant raise funds from investors using a prospectus due to failuring to meeting their reporting and disclosure obligations to ensure all material infromation is made available in future fundraisings. Im assuming they'll want to cap raise again in future, so theyll look to address the issue ?

Where to from here for XTC? Are they waiting to be bought out by a mining conglomerate? Are we still a chance?
