    • CAPITAL RAISING TO FUND GROWTH THROUGH PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF A STRATEGIC LITHIUM PROJECT, ETC
    • SHAREHOLDERS WILL BE GIVEN OPPORTUNITY TO ACQUIRE 4 NEW SHARES FOR EVERY 1 SHARE AT ISSUE PRICE OF 0.1 AU CPS
