I've followed their pricing for a reasonable while and haven't seen any obvious sign of prices being played recently (but who knows). The main reason for the price difference to WHC/NHC is due to the lower quality of Yancoal's product. They sell mostly (~80%) on API 5 which is currently US$190 vs WHC selling 80% on NEWC6000 at it's massive high current price. The price spread between the qualities is at historic highs. In past they've traded pretty close but not so at moment. YAL often put a chart of the 2 vs their achieved price in the quarterlies, gives us a good feel for how they track vs the index. I've found what they achieve is pretty consistent vs API5 over last 3 years that I've followed them, and still is per current API5 price, give or take.
