Cinda's holding is 203,023,989 at the moment, they just announced.
From what I've learned, Cinda is forced to liquidate the Yancoal investment. If they could sell their shares on the market, they were more than happy to do so, since the current market price is above Yankuang's offer. And, they probably gonna sell the rest to Yankuang, no doubt.
Cinda's selling provides a great opportunity for ppl with faith to acquire more share at the current price or lower. Current holds may have a great odd to enjoy a decent interim dividend.
