The worse part of this deal is that Yankuang is not buying with cash but with convertible bonds, which are up to a value of US$1.79 bn considering all of YAL and 03668 shares to be purchased. The bonds can be converted to 600188.SS or 01171.HK at a price not lower than 150% of 20-day average price from the day the deal is confirmed. You'll see all in the coming announcement.
