Seems a tad cheeky when company is likely to be generating ~$2/share fcf this year and now id suspect is largely debt free. would definitely not be a fair value for this company, but if its just Cinda doing deal with Yankuang then not sure if or what implications would be for rest of us. Not enough info yet to quite understand all the implications.
