I think the most important question is whether Cinda, Glencore and Lucion are willing to sell at USD3.6 to Yankuang.
Why would they sell at that price, when they can lock in more profit by selling into market instead of off-market. The latter gives them cash while the former gives them convertible bonds.
If this "takeover" fails, I believe some other parties will try to muscle in, given YAL is trading at such low PE
