    • Agreement to sell accounting practice (YBR)
    • Purchase price receivable under the transaction will be retained within the YBR group and is not required to be paid to its bank
    • Unit entered into a business sale agreement with DBR Advisory Pty Ltd
    • Purchase price is comprised of several elements which, including standard trading and other adjustments, of about $1.932 million
    • Deal to acquire YBR accounting business,legal practice,certain related assets
