Yellow Brick Road Holdings (ASX:YBR) will look to announce an acquisition and a capital raising when it exits a trading halt on Wednesday, 9 July 2014.
Shares in Yellow Brick Road have scaled to a 52 week intra-day high of $0.74.
In May, Yellow Brick Road entered into an Implementation Deed to acquire privately-owned Vow Financial Holdings, one of Australia’s largest mortgage aggregators.
Analysis
In May, Proactive Investors provided guidance "on our valuation and share price target of $0.73 to $0.97." We said, "we believe this will prove conservative and we consider YBR to be one of our top picks of 2014 in the industrial sector."
