    Hopefully it's a high quality acquisition. Regardless, I'm also interested in the structure of the capital raising. Would be pleased with a rights issue or at the very least an SPP so that retail don't get left out.

    Keeping in mind that they have done share placements in the past at a premium to the spot price, only to see the price trade consistently below the placement price afterwards.
