...so Ed sold all his shares, he had a huge performance bonus for doing nothing. What is surprising though is that he has been able to make constant rounds of CR and getting the support of the major backer, was it Alex W (?)
...the low or immaterial revenues after 7 full years of operations was the big red flag, there is no way YOJ can make any big contract deals in SEA with low currency values of pesos, baht and ringgit. And I had questioned that if its software is that good, why can't it make inroads domestically, the US and Europe with larger markets, but had to concentrate on South East Asia. $7m market cap now about right and probably lower to go, it was well above $60m at the time of my post.
...the writing was on the wall 5 years ago as I posted below and probably a year ago as well.
