The anticipated equity issuance (via share placement instead of CR) has finally arrived , which per my previous posts below had forecasted a ballooning of the share base, a dilution that would most likely impact sp (share placement likely to be at a discount) going forwards with no or minimal revenues to show in the next forthcoming 4C.
