How can you can make an educated guess to walk away or stay with details being cloudy, if you can sit down by the keyboard and tell me what is exactly is happening with the company i will be impressed.
My point is I like the direction of the company if the deals are legit but I have no idea if they're legit or not, no educated guess can be made, just hope.
Why raise now with deals already signed and should be revenue generating soon, makes me think YOJ maybe far away from being cash flow positive or earning revenue.
I hope to see a nice update with the raise on the deals already signed, from memory Scharff was weeks away so should be anytime soon all IMO.
