Current management has predicted they will be turning a profit in the coming quarters. If so, we would have a company turning a profit with shite loads of cash on hand. Is the current offer fair in those circumstances? I don't think so. Though, performance could just continue to go south. Depends on if you believe what the management are saying I guess.
