YPB daily chart below - 1yr time frame. The 20 period SMA has just crossed the 50 period SMA. Last time this happened YPB went from 25c to 40c. Hopefully this repeats but this time is sustained.
I don't know what the CR will have in store but with a reasonable timeframe it will quite obviously be positive as it provides capital for the company to grow and produce revenue. Hopefully the CR is at a premium to the SP which is not that unlikely since the revenue projections point to a MC of 50 million upwards.
