Will this stop consumers using zip? no chance IMO
If anything it should make APt more expensive for customers should retailers choose to pass on cost which will only lead to more of au APT customer base move into Zip.
Apt will need to do a serious restructure to keep up
RBA, CBA and all the corrupt banking dogs in Oz have been running the game unchallenged and these kind of actions tell me they know their time is up.
In my eyes the new Zip will be a global digital wallet powerhouse that will make CBAs apps look like a domestic pariah, Current SP tells me its only being valued as a means for poor people to extend lines of credit which I don't think will last.
Watch them squirm
