    • ANNOUNCES VOLUNTARY DELISTING FROM ASX
    • DELISTING WILL BE PUT FORWARD FOR SECURITYHOLDER APPROVAL AT GENERAL MEETING ON 16 MARCH
    • BELIEVES DELISTING MAY ENABLE IT TO RAISE REQUIRED CAPITAL FROM U.S. INVESTORS
    • EXPECTS THAT IT WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL CAPITAL IN FY22 TO FUND ITS EXISTING OPERATIONS AND FUTURE GROWTH
