The past capital raises have all been taken up by existing shareholders(believers)!
Imo....if any cap raise came it certainly wouldn't come until after exceptional news......the company has demonstrated that they are loyal to the long term supporters.(as demonstrated by the first sentence)
They have enough cash for at least 18-24months.....
The only players interested in keeping a lid on the price would be those trying to build a stake......and they wouldn't want 2-5mln shares. $500grand wouldn't satisfy a fund who has made a decision that they believe in the ZEO potential.
If the market cap gets much higher then their hand will be forced....they will have to buy, and chase the volume, for fear of it entering micro cap indexes.(then no holding will see them underperform).
