Firstly, your HotCopper name is funny but meaningful

About margins - please refer my other post about it, as the highest margins have been in the Oil, gas & marine business. That's where the bulk of new orders have come in and to be executed in FY2020. To me margins have been real good historically, they channeled the cashflows from established core businesses to new medtech businesses. Now, PE segment has emerged to be real profit generator as indicated in the latest release half-yearly. Construction business is profitable too but not high margins in this one.

No escrow- No stock to come out escrow! Nothing sham here about this. This management is extremely conservative and prudent when it comes to cash management. They do not gamble they are into serious business. My original reason for buying into this stock was based on trust worthiness into management as they do not like to milk or tap into shareholders like other minnows do. They have not raised any capitals from share holders in last 10 years. They really did all investments into all technologies from their internal sources only.

I don't believe you have the correct info about 2015 market capital. No cap raise or shares have been issued since 2015 (except normal few employees exercising or buying using options etc). Share register has been fully stable to me. please refer below info from commsec about outstanding shares in previous years. sorry for bad formatting.
