    Oct 11 (Reuters) - Zamia Metals Ltd (ZGM) -

    • Acquisition of coal mining business & capital raising-zgm.ax
    • Entered agreement (subject to conditions) in respect of all of issued capital in Kirkham International
    • Company plans to undertake a rights issue of ordinary shares to shareholders or other capital raising of at least $2.5 million
    • Deal's purchase price of $24.3 million
