The regulations are pretty much pre ordained and will have little impact on ZIPs BNPL business, but ZIP is moving away from BNPL anyway, so it has to meet the very tough Responsible Lending rules under the terms of its licence in order to issue its new Zippay product, which is a revolving line of credit only available in Australia.
