What is this bloke on about? This SPP is generating the $50 mil costs of raising the $217 mil to pay out the corporate loan, pure and simple. He thinks they are raising money just for fun. FFS, he has no clue.
ZIP cannot take more because it is limited to the amount of shares it can issue in any 12 month period without issuing a Prospectus. This issue is tailored to 12.7% to stay within the 15% limit and give room for Directors and Executives to receive their annual visit to the trough.
FFS could do just a tiny bit of research but instead.........................pretty embarrassing IMO
