    I did say 'without scale back,' but the higher-level point I was making is that the opportunity is there for the taking.

    I’m betting that ZIP is going to be a bit greedy and take more, as ZIP is very capital-intensive and will soak up as much as it can get.

    Obviously, some holders may say, 'I wouldn't buy ZIP at $1.56,' so not everyone will show up with a Louis Vuitton bag to throw in the cash.

    If you sign up for $30K and only get $5K allocated due to scale back, the remaining $25K will be returned—ZIP won’t keep it as a gift. It just means there are same number of $100 notes blowing down the street, but too many holders have shown up to collect them
