According to our omnipresent resident genius @tutor They have about $56 million at end of June as all other cash is restricted for funding receivables. They also have significant interest payments due on the Cnotes due as well.
In my view they will need to come back to market before Xmas but I dont think there will be any appetite and would expect mass lay offs by Xmas.
