This means their modus operandi is to perform a small trial of non-novel products which show basic parameters of "being useful" for a therapeutic condition. Eg. "Cannabis helps with insomnia." (nothing new, no FDA approval sought, no novel technology)

What this means is that they will have very low OPEX and minimal consultant fees (they don't need regulatory affairs or specialist consultants for such a basic business plan).

Looking at the expenses below:

In the red circle, they have $861k worth of consultant fees

($365k directors fees are probably the Richard, Harry etc which is fine)

In the blue, they have their research fees which seem high for the level of trials but let's forgive that for the time being.

How do we find out what this $861k consultant fees were for?
