It is pretty much spelled out in the financial auditors report under the heading "Going Concern" Zelira at their rate of cash burn need to have successfully commercialised thier products and be generating a decent amount of income $$ millions, in the next 6-9 months or they will be either going under or have that many more shares issued for cap raises just to stay afloat that they will be fu#@×d.
Now's the time to perform, get all your products to market and start advertising.
