    March 7 (Reuters) - Zenith Minerals Ltd (ZNC) :

    • Zenith has agreed to a funding deal with a private company controlled by UK investor Jim Mellon
    • Transaction includes contact details cash refund of Zenith's expenditure to date up to US$500,000, US$5 million in exploration expenditures over 3 years
