Agree on many comments here. MD seems to think he still can do what he wants and not answerable to shareholders. I think he makes almost all decisions like it a private company.
Experts on board would help. Better boss would help more. Need to have a plan and direction. Cannot see that right now :-((((
Poor staff on low pay and useless share options. MD pay himself very well tho :-((((
Tech and testing good but sales plan not working. Marketing needs work 2 :-((((
Easy to complain. Maybe sahreholders can make better plan?
