    April 21 (Reuters) - Zeta Petroleum Plc (ZTA) -

    • Has entered into a binding heads of agreement with bombora natural energy pty ltd
    • Capital raising of approximately $7 million to fund gas focussed work programs
    • Under agreement it will acquire all of issued capital of Bombora
    • Agreement will result in issue of approximately 27.8 million Zeta Shares for Bombora
