Clay won't be leaving imo, why would he so close to product launch, just doesn't make sense to me.
More likely someone else will be stepping down or a promotion of some sort. I believe it will be positive and will help bring the product to market. Sorry for the positive spin, I know it's not really allowed here, but I couldn't help myself
