Nappz, for me PEs are pointless for a young company. As revenue for a successful company transitioning to profitability can be variable and rise significantly percentage wise in the early days, allocating a PE (which represents for a mature company confidence in its further growth) is just a wild guessing game.
I do however like to use PEs to evaluate the potential of what a company could get to should they sustain that successful growth and powerful revenue growth. Once you are at a point of accurately predicting sustainable PEs for a company based on other mature companies in the sector they're typically worth ALOT more than the current marketcap of ZYB.
