I share your thoughts and am watching this closely.
Why?
I do like the business, great brands - just poor leadership. But, the business has continued to make money regardless. Its one of those ones that even a ham sandwich can keep it running.
Two options:
1. Bring in leadership [jockey] to steer the company [horse] in the right direction.
2. Will be acquired [at some point]
At an attractive price from Friday's close - I like.
