    RIV announced today the official opening of their Benga coal project,good read.Things look like they are certainly hotting up for RIV and this really excites me about RTL and its prospects.Seems like there will be no infastructure problems for rtl down the track reducing CAPEX.With a major coal mine nextdoor this is way to cheap.
