So what is the significance of the words in the latest Ann.:

"The well is still continuing progress to
intersect the Dugas & Leblanc #1 well for kill operations pending Louisiana State Authorities decision which
will depend on the success of the P&A at Dugas & Leblanc #1."

Does this mean that the decision to continue till the intersection and kill of the D&L-1 well is achieved, has been amde by the Louisiana Authorities?

OR

Will the Auth's allow the continuation of the "Relief Well" to achieve production - SUBJECT TO the effective control (kill??) of the D&L-1 well?

And when would they be in a position to make this decision?
